NEX TILE OW is an acoustical ceiling tile restorer, designed to restore the appearance of stained or discolored off white ceiling tiles. NEX TILE OW is not paint, but rather a unique clay-resin system, which allows instant restoration of stained tiles without sealing the pores (the way paint would).
